The bassinet fabric feels plush enough that my newborn actually naps on our walks instead of fussing. It clips onto the stroller frame securely, and I like that it turns the whole thing into a proper newborn setup for those early months.

The bassinet fabric clips onto my Kangaroo frame in about ten seconds, way easier than the old stroller setup we had. My newborn naps through our whole morning walk now, and the padding feels firm enough that I'm not worried about her sinking in. Worth every penny for those first few months.

Snapping this onto the stroller took me a minute the first time, but now it clicks in fast. The mattress pad is firm and flat, which my newborn seems to actually like. Just wish the canopy offered a bit more shade coverage for late afternoon walks.
