With a rounded belly for extra space and braided circles as a nose, the Peggy the Pig basket is handcrafted using braided cords made of fibers from recycled PET bottles mixed with our Rose color cotton. Pink canvas ears and a curl on the tail complete the look of this charming basket.
Didn't expect a storage basket to make me smile every time I walk past it, but the little ears and snout do it. The braided cord feels sturdy and it's made from recycled bottles, which I appreciate. It's holding a surprising amount of my kid's toys thanks to that round belly.
The braided nose is what sold me — it's such a cute detail and my toddler keeps petting it. I've got it stuffed with blankets in the nursery and it's held its shape fine. Being made from recycled bottles is a nice bonus too.
